1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WarRoom.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. WarRoom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2.3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Lawful Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services.

3.2. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national (U.S.) laws and regulations regarding your use of the Services.

3.3. Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide through the Services is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating Laws: Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Infringement: Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• Harmful Content: Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Malware: Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.

• Spamming: Engaging in any form of unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain letters.

• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Data Harvesting: Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. WarRoom Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of WarRoom or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant WarRoom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such content in connection with the operation of the Services.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WARROOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WARROOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WARROOM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WarRoom, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration within the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
